(1) If the controller is convinced that the certifying body or other related persons have not complied with this Act or the rules made under this Act, the controller himself or any other authorized employee may conduct the necessary investigation in this regard.
(2) It shall be the duty of the certifying body to assist in the investigation as per sub-section (1).
(3) The procedure to be followed by the controller or any other authorized employee in relation to the investigation to be carried out as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
